If Lure Artistry finds any provided information to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to refuse access to services, or suspend or terminate your account.

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Lure Artistry LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Conversational Messages
    Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with [Name] at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to [20] SMS messages per week related to your request.

Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 6 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

4. Refund Policy

Lure Artistry ensures 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can submit a refund request under the following conditions:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • Before the order is delivered: Full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • Between 48–120 hours of delivery: 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • After 120 hours of delivery: No refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued if the client changes their mind, circumstances change, finds cheaper services elsewhere, or purchases services from third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, security, etc.). More details about refund eligibility and procedures are provided in our Refund Policy section.

5. Revision Policy

Lure Artistry offers unlimited revisions according to your selected package. You can request changes as per the package, and no additional charges will apply. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours. However, the overall design and concept will remain the same.

6. Account Area

Your Account Area is the primary medium for communication. It is your responsibility to check this area for updates, queries, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking your account area regularly does not provide grounds for a refund. If you need assistance using the area, contact customer support.

7. Security and Privacy

Your privacy and security are paramount. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal data. Lure Artistry follows industry standards to safeguard your information. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality designs. We will ensure that the designs match the specifications you provide, and we will revise them until you are completely satisfied.

9. Delivery Policy

Design orders are delivered to your Account Area based on the date specified in the "Order Confirmation." You will receive an email notification when your design is available in your account area. All revision and refund policies apply from the date the order is delivered to your account area.

10. Record Maintenance

We keep a record of your finalized design for up to three months after delivery. If you need the final files after three months, a re-design fee will apply.

11. Communication Policy

Lure Artistry is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses not associated with the @lureartistrycom domain or toll-free numbers not listed on our website. Only communication through these official channels will be considered valid.

12. Access to Information

In order to access Lure Artistry services, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information. If Lure Artistry finds any information to be inaccurate, we may refuse access or suspend services.

13. Website Accessibility and Compliance

We are dedicated to making websites accessible to everyone and adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Full compliance may require additional development work, which may incur extra costs depending on your website package.

14. Google Optimization

Lure Artistry follows Google’s Webmaster Guidelines to ensure optimal search engine performance. Any additional modifications to meet these guidelines will be communicated to the client and may involve extra costs.

15. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing the Accessibility Checklist before the website launch. Any Google Optimization efforts will be notified to the client, and additional fees may apply. The client’s approval is required before implementing these changes.

16. Third-Party Terms of Use

Certain features of our services may require third-party vendor or business partner services. By using these features, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions. Lure Artistry is not responsible for the actions of these third parties.

17. Exclusions

Lure Artistry will assist with the integration of third-party plugins and APIs but will not engage in third-party dealings during website development. Additional work will be subject to separate agreements and fees.

18. Customer Support

Lure Artistry offers 24/7 customer support for any queries or concerns you may have. You can contact us through email, phone, or live chat.

19. Reactivation Policy

If a client remains non-responsive for more than 45 days, Lure Artistry will not process or refund orders. If reactivation is needed after 45 days, a re-initiation fee of $150 will apply. You can contact us for assistance if there is a personal issue.

20. Changes to Terms

Lure Artistry reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lure Artistry operates. By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
